LMS implementation

I was responsible for selecting and implementing a new learning management system (LMS) for our organisation over 18 months. We had been using Canvas as our LMS over the prior four years, but as our ecommerce, SCORM and course administration requirements had grown, we needed a new solution.

I evaluated numerous LMS options and narrowed the field to a short list of five, which I compared in comprehensive roadtests based on over 50 key features. The standout candidate was Matrix LMS, which was successfully implemented, leading to clear benefits for the organisation including higher degrees of automation and compliance.
